2017 Travel Wishlist

Travel

Now that 2017 is here, I’m already dreaming of all the possibilities for traveling. It’s a new year and a new time to explore the world! All I have to do is convince my husband to hop on a plane with me and we are set! In the past, I have visited New York, Georgia, and South Carolina – all beautiful places to see! Here’s my list of of where I’d love to travel in 2017.

PUERTO RICO

Puerto Rico has so much history, culture, and of course delicious food! Greg and I went to PR last year and we are fortunate enough to be visiting Fajardo again next month! We are staying at El Conquistador Resort, a gorgeous resort by Waldorf Astoria. I can’t wait to soak up the sun at Palomino Island and indulge in everything Puerto Rico has to offer!

CALIFORNIA

I’m not quite sure yet exactly where I would want to visit in California, but I have my eyes on San Diego, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. Any recommendations would be so helpful! California is such an appealing destination because of its rich culture, beautiful weather, and fun attractions. I really hope Greg and I get to venture out west this year and get a taste of California. I would assume that the temperature is not much different than Florida, but hopefully with less humidity I can have better hair days!

CANADA

O Canada! While searching for new vacations up north, I stumbled upon a couple of travel blogs about Quebec. I am in love with the beauty of this province! Right now it is winter in Quebec and the snow against the old city charm backdrop is absolutely magical!

NEW YORK

I feel like New York is my home away from home. I tend to visit every year or at least every other year. What I love about New York is that every corner is different and special. I love Times Square because it is so vibrant and full of excitement. Brooklyn is full of culture, food, and known for its hipster vibe. One of my favorite things to do is to walk the High Line, a public park almost two miles long that is elevated above streets in Manhattan. I also love Eately, an Italian marketplace in Flatiron. I really hope we get to visit NYC this year!
